Result: Reviewed 619 source documents, retained 355 forms, and produced 2,493 high-confidence field rows ready for standardization decisions across 27 departments.
Problem: No measurable baseline for field naming consistency across FSU forms. Action: Built a 6-step pipeline — document collection, field extraction, document-type filtering, variant normalization, dual-AI category review (Gemini + Claude agreement-only), and confidence tiering — to produce a defensible field inventory.
Library Health Audit: Preservation & Strategic Roadmap
Result: Identified 33% redundancy across 8,300+ files.
Problem: aging and duplicated content slowed operations. Action: built a scalable PnP PowerShell audit and migration framework.
