Problem: No measurable baseline for field naming consistency across FSU forms. Action: Built a 6-step pipeline — document collection, field extraction, document-type filtering, variant normalization, dual-AI category review (Gemini + Claude agreement-only), and confidence tiering — to produce a defensible field inventory.

My Role: Designed and built the full analysis pipeline end-to-end, including the dual-AI review method where Gemini and Claude were used as independent reviewers — only accepting category assignments where both models agreed, keeping low-confidence AI decisions out of the final results.
