Automating SharePoint-based health checks and redesigning document workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Lists to improve compliance visibility for ITS audits.

  • Automated the Backup OnBase system health checklist, cloning 40+ weekly records while dynamically updating "Check Date" and "Results" fields

Redesigned and authored the Municipal Program section of Miami-Dade County's FY 2026–30 People's Transportation Plan (PTP) Update, approved by the CITT Board.

My Role: Verified Excel data from 30+ municipalities, added new surtax/ridership metrics, and applied data visualization to make complex data accessible.
